Pray, Pray, Pray As Retreat Approaches
21 May
In three days, Haitian pastors will arrive in Port-au-Prince for the Churches Helping Pastors retreat. Here’s what we need prayer for:
- That the shipping container will make it off the boat and clear customs in time for Monday.
- That political unrest and protests would not deter pastors from traveling to Port-au-Prince for the retreat.
- For the hearts of the pastors who will attend and those who will be ministering to them.

Lord i pray for the shipping container, that it would make it there safely and quickly for the much needed supplies. i pray that customs would have no problems with it. Father i pray for the political situations. I pray that you would calm the political unrest as you have calmed the sea of Galilee. You are in control of all things Lord! i pray for the pastors that attend that they would be greatly blessed by the Love of your people that you are sending there. i also pray for the pastors who you are sending, that they would be strong and courageous, that they would not fear. you are greater in them than he who is in the world. Thank you Lord for all you have done, and all you are yet to do.
Dear Lord Jesus, I pray that you would do a mighty work in Haiti, among the pastors attending the conference and the pastors you are sending from Mars Hill. I ask, in you name, that all barriers to the shipping container arriving on Monday be removed. Please calm the political unrest and place a hedge of protection around your servants as well as travel safety. Lord, you are the god of peace. May your peace reign in the hearts of the pastors and their families who remain at home. You will be done. Amen
